An ideal Euro-holiday should involve a tour in East Europe. Listed below are 5 things you should definately squeeze into your plans.

1. Bratislava Castle
One of the European cities that are infrequently visited by tourists is Bratislava. Located within the southwestern part of the country of Slovakia, this city features wonderful attractions every tourist would like to see. The center of attention is Bratislava Castle.

The Celts, the Romans and the Slavs were the first folks who resided in this castle. It is thought to be the ruling landmark of Bratislava. Visit this castle in order to see the natural great view of the Danube River and the whole city area. Inside this castle are artifacts and architecture that represent the history of the place which you must check out.

2. Prague Zoo
Prague has lots of attractions which can be appreciated. But if you are on a tour in East Europe and want to enjoy the finest zoo it is best to look no further than Prague Zoo. This is definitely the right place for your kids to visit. You could have fun hanging out with some of the hospitable animals that keep on entertaining you.

3. Zagreb's Technical Museum
The capital of Croatia has lots of attractions, but a very unique one is the technical museum of the city. In this museum you can see 19th century fire planes, fire engines, some diving suits from the late 1930s, WWII Submarine along with other historical artifacts. There is also a planetarium that will keep you amused. It is a museum open for kids and adults.

4. Palace of Parliament in Bucharest
No holiday to Bucharest is complete without a tour of the Parliament. You can visit the second largest administrative building in the world following second to Pentagon. This palace was built during the time of the Communists where all officials of the Romanian government gathered together for various meetings. It was the headquarter of the government of Romania.

5. Drive a Trabant in Budapest
Check out the entire city riding on a Trabant car while you enjoy viewing the cultural and historical areas of Budapest. This car is great for a single traveler or two. For an entire family, it would not be a good idea since this car can only occupy 2 to 3 passengers excluding the driver. You may also watch or take part in a Trabant rally.
Simply because you don't have a lot of money doesn't mean you can't have a great vacation in Europe. Simply head east to experience less expensive prices on accommodation, food, travel and drinks.
