Eating Habits
When you are working non-stop and you practically haven't any time to cook or eat in a fancy eatery, the temptation to just go to the closest McDonald's or to just order online for some food is extremely high. But this shouldn't be the case.
You have to be really careful with what you eat. Eat food that's fresh. Avoid greasy foods or foods that are make and processes. As much as you can, eat fresh meals with fresh ingredients. And you do not want to go fancy pants here. You could just buy fresh fruits or a fresh salad and you'll see what gigantic difference this may make for you.
Just remember: fresh is good.
Routine Exercise
Who has got the time to go to a gymnasium? How many times have you claimed that? But to lose some weight naturally, you don't need to go to a gymnasium. You do not want to do this much time on the treadmill or this many crunches with your tutor.
